Bogotá - Cartagena - Isla Mucurá - Bogotá

The departure and return flight destination is not bound to Bogotá. You can fly to Cartagena from any other airport in the country, such as Medellin, Bucaramanga, Pereira, Santa Marta etc.    

 

Travel information
Day 1 - The Caribbean coast of Colombia
From Bogotá (or any other departure airport in the country) you will fly to the Caribbean coast of Colombia to Cartagena de Indias in the course of the morning. Arriving at the airport in Cartagena, you will be met by our guide and transferred to your booked hotel. After check-in and a short meeting, the rest of the afternoon is at your free disposal. 

 

Cartagena is without doubt one of the most beautiful colonial cities in the Caribbean. With its very well preserved old town center, its narrow, romantic alleys, picturesque houses, numerous excellent restaurants and stylish hotels, Cartagena envelops you with its irresistible charm from the very first minute. Especially in the evening, when the city's numerous plazas turn into true artistic performance stages, you can feel the extraordinary magic of this city. 

 

Day 2 - Cartagena de Indias, the "Pearl of the Caribbean

Cartagena is considered in history as one of the first Spanish city foundations in the north of South America. During the colonial period, it rapidly grew into one of the most important ports for shipping on the entire South American continent. The impressive city wall of Cartagena, which is about 11 km long, is only one of many historical witnesses of the past that must be visited. On today's private sightseeing tour, our guide will take you, among other things, through the historic old town with its countless palaces in Andalusian style and the beautiful old quarter of San Diego with its flower-decorated balconies. You will also gain exclusive insights into the "sweet world" of the Costeños with their aromas and fragrances. Further culinary surprises await you during the tour.

 

Day 3 - Cartagena de Indias
This day is at your free disposal. 

 

Day 4 - Boat transfer to the Caribbean island Mucurá
After breakfast you will be picked up by our tour guide at your hotel in Cartagena and transferred to the port. He will take care of all formalities for the transfer by speedboat, which will take you directly to the small hotel complex on the island of Mucurá. Once you arrive on the island, the team of the first-class resort will give you a warm welcome.

 

Day 5 -8 - Exclusive Relaxation on the Caribbean island of Mucurá
Enjoy your further vacations in this private paradise. Whether sun, beach & sea, active on the tennis court or completely relaxed with one of the exclusive spa offers, there is something for everyone. Culinary delicacies pamper your palate and a discreet, excellent service also ensures an all-round feel-good stay.

 

Day 9 - Transfer to Cartagena and return
After breakfast you will take the speedboat back to Cartagena. Arrived at the port our guide will be waiting for you and will take you by private car to the airport for your return journey.
